Delivery Issues:

• Wrool is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer
Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin):
• If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, the order may be returned to us (RTO)
• In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply
