Refund policy
At Wrool, we offer a 7-day return policy for your convenience.
Eligibility for Returns:
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Product should be in the same condition as received
Non-Returnable Items:
• Used or damaged products (caused by the customer)
• Items without original packaging
Return Process:
• Contact us via email with your order details
• Our team will guide you through the return process
Inspection & Approval:
• All returned products will be inspected by our supplier/fulfillment partner
• Refunds will be initiated only after the product passes quality inspection
• If the product is found to be damaged due to manufacturing defect or an error from our side, the return will be approved
• If the product is found to be used, damaged, or altered by the customer, the return request may be rejected
Refunds:
• Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection, refunds will be processed
• Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect
Shipping Charges:
• Return shipping charges may apply depending on the case
Wrool reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
